Erratum
In the paper, we claimed that the double
circulant code C106 given in Section 4 is a self-dual
[106, 53, 16] code.
As pointed out by Yorgov [1], the code C106
is not self-dual.
Indeed, it is easy to see that C106 is not self-dual
since the first row must be a vector of odd weight.
The correct first row for C106
is as follows:
(11100100100111110000110101001100000000000000000000100).
In the paper, the last ``1'' is missing in the first row.
