The organizers are Akihiro Munemasa (Tohoku, local organizer), Mitsugu Hirasaka (Pusan), Tatsuro Ito (Kanazawa), Izumi Miyamoto (Yamanashi), Sung-Yell Song (Iowa) and Masanobu Kaneko (Fukuoka).

The conference will consist of invited talks and contributed talks. Among those who have already accepted invitations to speak are Christine Bachoc (Bordeaux), Andries Brouwer (Eindhoven), Michel Deza (Paris), Koichiro Harada (Ohio), Alexander Ivanov (London), Mikhail Klin (Israel), Jack Koolen (Pohang), Sergey Shpectorov (Birmingham), Neil J. A. Sloane (AT&T Shannon Labs), Patrick Solé (CNRS), Paul Terwilliger (Wisconsin), Boris Venkov (St. Petersburg), Zhe-Xian Wan (Beijing). All the lectures will be delivered in English.

The conference will take place at Sendai International Center (Aoba-ku, Sendai, Japan). The conference is scheduled to start on June 26, 2006 at 9 AM.
