• Participants freely join the conference without any registration fee or pre-registraion, without the membership of Japanese Society for Mathematical Biology.  If you would like to give a oral/poster presentation, or to join the banquet, the registration before the deadline is required.

• Every part of the conference will be held at "GAKUSHI-KAIKAN", the middle-size white building located adjacent to the "SATAKE HALL" and the university library within the campus of Hiroshima University.  Please check the campus map.
  

• Except for invited speakers and the members of Japanese Society for Mathematical Biology, if you would like to give an oral or poster presentation in the conference,  you are requested to pay the presentation fee 3,000JPY for general and 2,000JPY for student, while participants without any presentation can join the conference for free.  [Although the presentation is in principle limited to the member of JSMB, we decide the acceptance for non-member's presentation in this way exceptionally in this annual meeting.]
  

• As for the membership of the Japanese Society for Mathematical Biology, please see the web page (only in Japanese). [Membership fee: 3,000JPY/year for general and 2,000JPY/year for student]  You can join the Japanese Society for Mathematical Biology at the registration desk in the conference, and then give your presentation as a member (if in case, please indicate your intention to join the JSMB in your registration form). 
  
• If you plan to give a presentation in this conference, please contact the local organizing committee.
  


• If you plan to join the banquet planned in the evening of September 23 (Thu.), please send an email to the local organizing committee in order to make its registration before September 10.  The banquet fee will have to be paid at the registration desk.  For more detail information about it, please see the coming version of this web page, or please contact the local organizing committee or your session's organizer.
  
  
• This conference will provide no travel grant to any participant, even in case of student.  So please manage your travel expenses by yourself. 
  
  
• This conference will not plan to publish any proceedings.

• The program is available here.
• Time per oral presentation is 15 minutes including discussion without any exception. 
  
• For oral presentation, OHP and PC projector will be available.  If you want to use another equipment for your oral presentation, please contact to the local organizing committee before September 22, 2004.
• If you will use the PC projector, please bring your own PC for your presentation.  If you would have problem to bring your PC, please contact to the local organizing committee.
